At Robert James Jewelry, every order is prepared with care. We want your shopping experience to be as special as the pieces we create.
Free Shipping on Orders of $50 or More
We offer FREE Economy Shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $50 or more.
Some items in our Wear Your Purpose collection are produced and shipped separately by our printing partners and may have additional shipping charges, as displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States only.
For eligible orders under $50, the following shipping options are available:

Economy Shipping: Starting at $4.90

Standard Shipping: Starting at $6.90
Shipping charges are based on package weight and the selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.
Processing & Delivery Times
Our handmade jewelry is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.
Ready-made jewelry ships within 2 business days of placing your order. Custom and made-to-order jewelry ships within 5 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These preparation times are separate from the carrier’s transit time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or unexpected delivery delays.
Wear Your Purpose Apparel & Accessories
Our Wear Your Purpose T-shirts and accessories are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted printing partners.
Because these items are produced separately from our handmade jewelry, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Shipping costs for these products are calculated at checkout and may be charged separately from jewelry shipping.
Custom Jewelry Orders
Custom jewelry is thoughtfully created especially for you.
Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or request a cancellation.
After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production has already begun.
Returns & Return Shipping
If your purchase qualifies for a return under our Return & Refund Policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This also applies to eligible purchases that originally qualified for free shipping.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
